While in professional setup, there are but many incentives – financial (undoubtedly the top one), recognition(clearly a need), Guidance (makes for a great compass), but I believe that internal curiosity is and should remain an internal incentive for all professional irrespective of your status as – Employee , employer, or levels and functions.

If we are curious we will continue to grow.

Wave of plagiarism hits ad land – ET BrandEquity

I read most of this Plagiarism debate on Linked in thanks to having an august company of Sambit Mohanty as my network on Linked In and also peruse through the comments from @Atulrajan in the comments section.

What surprised me is that why is ET BrandEquity publishing the same as a stale feed today in ET. While I get the point that not everyone would be on hashtaglinkedin platform to understand the plagiarism debate and hence it merits a broadcast in newspaper, however publishing it without much of value addition or a point of view from the scribe is something which amazes me.

Why would a newspaper get reduced to mere “republishing” of what has already been published on a digital platform.
